Newly remodeled waterfront lake house with Dock!

You and your family are welcome to our NON-SMOKING, NON-PET newly remodeled waterfront lake house! Bring or rent a boat and dock it in the backyard as we are conveniently located on a channel with only a 2-minute ride to the main lake! Our 2-bedroom, 1 bath chalet style home features a fully equipped kitchen, all new appliances, microwave, washer and dryer, 70” smart TV, central AC, grill, spacious deck and boat dock! It is furnished with the following beds: one queen, two twins, and a pull-out sofa bed. Accommodates up to 6 people.

Our home is located near numerous unique lake bars/restaurants, bait shop, boat ramps, and a marina where you can rent a pontoon!

Exactly what we needed

The property was clean, well maintained and came without a bunch of picky rules and instructions. The location is nice and quiet and exactly what we needed for our girls weekend. My only suggestion is to add an outdoor umbrella the deck could be enjoyed during the day.

Great Place!

Beautifully appointed home on a channel with a scenic ride to access the lake. Enjoyed the back deck. Living area was open and spacious and easily accommodated our family. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay close to so many things. House was very clean and updated. Thank you to manager's of the house they contected me when we needed them. Back porch was very nice. If your looking for a get away this is the home to rent. Thank you for letting us rent this home.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this rental property. The owners were completely awesome and anytime I needed something or had an issue they resolved it quickly. The property was very clean and a perfect spot for what I needed. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Fun with Family

We stayed here with our 2 teens, choosing this location as it is near my father who lives in a retirement community close by. The home was perfect! Extremely clean and modern, with new linens and furniture. Free coffee and lemonade were really appreciated. Great communication and easy (late night) check-in. Will stay here again when we are back in the area!

Fantastic lake house

This remodeled lake house feels like you’re in a new house. Super clean and organized inside and out. The appliances, tv, and gas grill are high end. The owners are super nice, and have provided you with everything you can think of that you’d need for a short, or long, term stay! This is what “lake living” is about.

Family time

This is the second time i have rented here, we really love it here. Very clean, soft beds, loft area has vent to keep that twin bed area cool. Nice size tub. Love the back yard. My hubby loves the fishing in back yard in canal. Everyone around is very nice. We love fishing at the bay at grand saint marys. But the house is close to everything. Also we visited arm strong museum and recovery fort and museum and bicycle museum which is close. Just didnt get to annie oakley museum. But next time we will. There is a few things to due here. Home is close to everything. Thanks so much for letting us return.

Communication with host was extremely minimal, I did receive the check in code after I wrote them to see if they were expecting us. We were pleasantly surprised how clean it was when we got there, very nice neighborhood in general. The bathroom is much smaller than it looks in the photos but it was still nice. I was a SO surprised the host wrote me after accusing us of breaking the bath handle plate, which was fine while we were there and when we left. My guess is one of their cleaners broke it and blamed us. The host also accused us of stealing a charger cord, I which I didn’t. Maybe something to consider when staying here, I don’t know that I would stay again because it felt odd to be accused of stuff when we made so much effort to leave it, just like we found it. The host sent me a photo of a crooked plate in the tub the day after we had checked out and it looks like the only thing holding it on was glue. But it was fine while we were there. There was also a baseboard in the kitchen that was not attached, so it kept falling over, not sure if it’s their strategy to try to blame their guests for poor construction. Then the host said we left all their instruction pamphlets all over the place, tucked in various locations was his exact words. I remember leaving the manuals on the table myself. The host also said I did not strip the beds, it was not in the instructions for the checkout proces
