Guests will have access to a unique, modern, organized, and well-equipped place, with an excellent, safe location.
The 48m² apartment features 1 bedroom with a KING bed and a 55" SMART TV. All rooms have SPLIT AC.

1st - The common areas advertised in this notice may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined exclusively by the condominium management. Therefore, the availability of use of these areas is subject to these possible prohibitions.
2nd - In accordance with the condominium's rules, Me2 requests identification documents from each guest as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
Our space aims to bring you the convenience and amenities of a hotel with the comfort of an apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished and includes:
- Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, blender, microwave, sandwich maker, kitchen utensils, and a cookware set
- 55" SMART TV and SPLIT AC
- Washer-dryer (wash & dry)
- 400 Mbps WI-FI
- 1 bathroom with shower and hair dryer
- 1 parking space
- 220V outlets
- All beds include full bed linen.
- Each guest receives one bath towel and one face towel.
- One bath mat per bathroom.
- Bathrooms include amenities: shampoo, conditioner, soap, and one roll of toilet paper.
- Linen changes can be requested for an additional fee (same cost as the cleaning fee).
- The cleaning included in the reservation is performed at check-out only. If the guest requests an extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
