Welcome to my apartment!
This charming one-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor and is easily accessible via lift.
The living room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable seating area (also a sofa bed), a TV for watching your favourite shows through multiple streaming options like Netflix, and a dining table, creating the perfect space to relax or enjoy meals together.
Step out onto the balcony, which features outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or simply unwinding in the fresh air.
The kitchenette offers modern appliances along with all the essential cookware and crockery you need to prepare your favourite meals. A washer is also available for your laundry needs.
The bedroom features a luxurious king size bed with hotel quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep, as well as plenty of storage space for your belongings.
The bathrooms includes everything you need to refresh yourself, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. While this may bring some urban sounds or affect the views from the property, it is all part of the city’s dynamic growth. We truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you.

For shopping and dining, guests will find Circle Mall nearby, which features over 80 stores, around 40 dining options, a cinema, and a family entertainment centre. There are also numerous restaurants and cafes in the area, including Socialicious, a popular pan-Asian eatery, and Soul Street at the FIVE JVC hotel, known for its international street food and rooftop ambience. Other local dining spots include Sticky Rice, Defne Turkish Restaurant, and Bawarchi.
The area also offers several green spaces and leisure spots. Residents and visitors can enjoy Circle Community Park, Roohl Park, and Castle Park, all offering walking paths, playgrounds, and open areas to relax. The Yard is a trendy outdoor venue with food trucks and live music, while The Block is a recreational hub with sports courts, fitness classes, and climbing walls.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
