Welcome to Pinecone Peak Lodge! Nestled in Massanutten VA, this charming 5BR / 3.5BA home blends comfort and fun. Enjoy a cozy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a movie theater, and a game room with a pool table. Outside, relax by the fire pit, soak in the hot tub, or unwind in the barrel sauna. Massanutten has much to offer including skiing, a year-round indoor/outdoor waterpark, and much more. Plus, pet-friendly! Managed by Chris at New School Hosting.

Pinecone Peak Lodge is located within the heart of Massanutten, with ski slopes, outdoor pool, indoor/outdoor Waterpark, spa, mini golf, go karts, and dining options all with about a 7 minute drive of the house. The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 20 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 15-20 minutes of the house.

The home layout is as follows:

Main level:

- Living room with large sectional and large smart TV
- Dining room
- Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. Ground coffee and k-cups provided.
- Game room with pool table, foosball, arcade, and large TV
- BR1: Master king bedroom with ensuite bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo
- Half bath
- Outdoor deck with dining set and gas grill (propane provided)

Upper level:

- Loft area with couch and TV, plus air hockey table
- BR2: Queen bedroom with desk and chair
- BR3: Queen bedroom
- BR4: Two queen bedroom
- Full hall bathroom with shower/tub combo

Lower level:

- Outside is the hot tub, barrel sauna, and propane firepit area (propane provided)
- Theater room with 8 reclining seats
- Addition room area with couch, TV, and card table
- BR5: Bunk room with 2 sets of custom-built full-over-full bunk beds, with spiral slide. Room also has 2 arcade machines
- Full bathroom (access via the bunk room)
- 2 sets of full size washers / dryers

Other things to note:

- We are pet friendly! There is a $100 total pet fee for your visit, which will cover up to 4 pets (please indicate how many pets you are bringing in the "guests" section).
- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.
- Wifi is fast with a strong signal throughout the house and deck. All bedrooms, plus the living room and game rooms, feature smart TVs where you can access all the main streaming services.
- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options
- There is onsite parking available with space for about 6 vehicles. Also, there is an overflow parking lot at Massanutten if needed.
- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a $6 per person, per day fee.
- Linens and towels provided
- Due to wildlife, trash must be taken to the Massanutten community dumpsters (per HOA rules, below)
- We do require a separate rental agreement, which we will send a link to e-sign after you book. There are no additional fees beyond those listed here.

WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN!

This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests
enjoying their retreat.

NOISE
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

PARKING
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval
from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is
available with written approval from your host.

OUTDOOR FIRES
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency
conditions, check MassanuttenVillage(dot)com or electronic sign at
entrance for updates.

ALCOHOL
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

PETS
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.

TRASH
• Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or
carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
• Trash must be taken to the nearby community dumpsters
