This brand-new 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, ground-level condo that sleeps 9. Enjoy an open layout with an indoor fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and walk-out patio with STUNNING mountain views from nearly every room. Includes on-site fitness facilities, in-suite laundry and free parking for 2 vehicles. Perfect for families, groups, or extended stays in a convenient, accessible location. Includes 1 above ground and 1 heated underground parking stall, gear storage room and more —
This is a four bedroom, 3 bathroom ground-level condo in a brand new development. All guest rooms have queen beds except the interior bedroom which has one bunk (twin upper, full lower). All rooms have sufficient closet space and (3 of the rooms) have mountain views!! Enjoy free access to the fitness gym, heated year-round pool, outdoor hot tub and gear/bike storage room with your key fob. Parking (2 vehicles max) is included.
Guests have the entire unit to themselves to enjoy, including the private patio area. Please note that the outdoor pool, fitness room and hot tub are shared with fellow guests.
Please message via your booking platform for any inquiries during your stay. Please call for any urgent lockouts or emergencies.
Maximum two vehicles per stay (only 2 stalls provided). Pets approved with prior authorization. This is a non-smoking facility.
Welcome to 103 Ascent - your Basecamp for an elevated mountain escape! A few things below to note for the comfort and enjoyment of all guests and building occupants:
PARKING
Please park in your designated spots only! Any violation of this may result in a tow. Not by us, but by the neighbourhood grizzlies.
Under ground: Stall #48 (hang a right, and another right...)
Above ground: Stall #2 (just to the right of the garbage/recycling area)
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly forbidden on property. Should you choose to vape, please do so outside on the patio.
NOISE / QUIET TIME
We understand the need to celebrate, but unfortunately there are others in the building. Please observe a quiet time after 10pm (take the party indoors and to a reasonable level) until 8am. We welcome you to enjoy a quiet nightcap or early morning coffee — but do so respectfully
