With metro, bus services, and taxis readily available, getting around the city is simple and convenient.
The neighborhood is lively and well-serviced, offering a variety of nearby restaurants including My Square, Suyaya Restaurant & Café, and the popular Cavo Restaurant Dubai, ideal for casual dining or evenings out. Daily necessities are easily met with Allday Mart and View City Minimart close by, along with Desco for printing and business needs. The property also features Partial Burj Khalifa views and city view, allowing guests to enjoy a glimpse of Dubai’s iconic skyline while experiencing the energy of urban living.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
