This is a condo in a shared building. You will hear footstep noise from the unit above, and at times you may smell marijuana from neighboring units (legal in Alaska).

We’re actively working with building management to address these shared-building factors. In the meantime, we’re offering the condo as a well-priced, value stay for guests comfortable with these factors.

This 1-bedroom Girdwood condo is a home base for a solo traveler, adventurous couple, or small family looking to ski and explore. It’s walkable to Alyeska and has a private entrance.

The condo has concrete countertops and the kitchen features Bosch appliances and a wine cooler.

The bedroom has a queen bed with individual reading lights. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, making the space suitable for up to 3–4 guests.

You’ll also have:
• A fully equipped kitchen
• Smart TV and Wi-Fi (log into your own streaming accounts)
• Entryway storage for skis and winter gear

Guests have access to shared common areas, including:
• Pool table and ping-pong table (equipment provided)
• Sauna
• Ski waxing station
• Pay-per-load laundry

• We live off-site in Anchorage but are responsive and available by message or phone if needed.
• This condo is best suited for guests who value location, walkability, and value over luxury or complete quiet. This is an active, no-frills basecamp for Alyeska and the surrounding area.
