We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 m from the Baltic Sea beach.<br>In an exclusive location, right on the Alter Strom, across from the marina, with a magnificent panoramic view of the harbor entrance, the lighthouses, and the Baltic Sea beach, the attractive “Captain Wotan” apartment—approximately 37 m² in size—is available to you on the 2nd floor.<br>This is a special place. From our apartment, you can look out over the Alter Strom with its fishing boats, the ships of the “Weiße Flotte,” sailboats from all over Europe, and across the old marina to the Neuer Strom and the mouth of the Warnow River. Here, the large Scandinavian ferries and magnificent cruise ships from all over the world, as well as freighters, coastal motor vessels, tankers, fishing boats, and sailing and motor yachts, sail to Rostock, the overseas port, or back out to sea. They all pass right by the window. Beyond that, the view extends to the new “Hohe Düne” marina and across the Bay of Mecklenburg all the way to Markgrafenheide, to the long sandy beach and the pine forests of the Rostock Heath, which stretch right down to the shore. It’s the perfect spot for a hike or bike ride. Or you can simply step outside to one of the many restaurants or cafés, enjoy the sun and the unique atmosphere along the river. Or take a stroll through the boutiques and let yourself drift all the way to the end of the pier. Everyone can find something to their liking here and feel right at home. In the morning, you’ll be woken by the sun, the screeching seagulls, and the chugging of the fishing boats. And in the evening, when the setting sun bathes the Alter Strom in red light, you can sit back and relax on the balcony and simply enjoy a nice glass of wine. <br><br>Living/Sleeping Area: A harmonious and cozy blend of antique and modern furniture, a bright and friendly atmosphere, tasteful accessories, a Stressless recliner, a 1.60-meter-wide double bed behind a sheer curtain, entertainment and fiction books, a TV with cable, hardwood floors, and an adjoining balcony.
