Unit 2 is a cozy bottom floor 1BR with step free access, a king bedroom, sleeper sofa, and full kitchen. Enjoy an 8 minute walk to Buccaneer Beach, quick drives to nearby restaurants and coffee shops, and easy access to Carlsbad Village and Legoland. This corner lot building sits along two busy streets, so some road noise should be expected. Street parking only.
About the Space Steps to the Shore Unit 2 is a comfortable bottom floor 1BR with an open layout, step free entry, and everything needed for an easy coastal stay. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups.

Violations will result in a $500 fine.
