Sleeping arrangements

Two thoughtfully arranged bedrooms each feature comfortable beds dressed in plush bedding, offering a quiet haven after a day of exploring. The single bathroom provides all the essentials for a fresh start.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from cookware to a coffee maker, and a dining area where you can enjoy your creations. Whether you’re cooking a quick breakfast or a family dinner, the space feels both functional and inviting.



Outdoor living

Two exterior cameras—one at the front entrance and another overlooking the driveway—enhance guest safety. While gate locks are not permitted to ensure easy emergency access, you can rest assured that no one will enter the property without prior notice, keeping your stay secure and private.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the cozy living areas, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms. Enjoy exclusive use of the stylish backyard, complete with a fire pit and patio area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. For everyone’s safety and easy access in case of emergencies, locks on the gates are not permitted. Rest assured, your security and privacy are always our top priority, no one will enter the property without prior notice or your knowledge.



Driveway Parking is available for one car, additional parking is available on the street directly in front of the property.



For added convenience, there is a keyless entry system for easy check-in and check-out.

Other Things to Note:

Banana Cabana is a charming side-by-side duplex, offering you a comfortable and private retreat with all the modern amenities you need. Our home is thoughtfully designed to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay while providing you with your own exclusive space.



Rest assured, the property is well-maintained and designed with your comfort in mind.



Cleaning:

- Additional fees for smoking indoors: $250

You’re welcome to smoke outside the property in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that you clean up afterward and properly dispose of cigarette butts to help keep the space tidy and pleasant for everyone.

- Vomit/bodily fluid or waste $250

- Illegal drug paraphernalia $250

- Glitter or confetti: $200

- Unauthorized pets $200/per pet

- Dirty dishes $50

- Missing towel $20 (per towel)



Pets

- Dogs are allowed with a maximum of two dogs during your stay, we charge a $99 non-refundable pet fee

- Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds

- No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors

- Evidence of pets on the furniture or beds will incur additional cleaning fees

- We do not allow cats at our property, please ask about any other pets if traveling with them



Do not flush anything that will cause a plumbing issue and do not pour grease down the drain.



Forgotten Personal Items:

- Forgotten personal items may be shipped within one week of discovery

- Guest is responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee

- Will only ship domestically (No International Shipping)



Guests:

If additional guests are joining the original reservation guest count, please contact me immediately. If additional guests are brought [beyond original reservation guest total] and Host is not notified, per house rules Guest acknowledged when booking, booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Guest is responsible for damages caused by their party.



Late Checkout:

Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. If requested prior to the day of checkout we may be able to offer a later checkout time free of charge depending on the schedule of our cleaning team.



Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.
