Welcome to this beautifully decorated Caribbean beach–style condo located in the desirable gated Bahama Bay Resort! This tastefully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath residence has been fully renovated and ideally situated near one of the 4 swimming pools, the kids’ splash pad, and pickleball courts.

From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel transported to the Caribbean, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping throughout the resort. Located on the second floor, this end unit condo features a desirable split-bedroom layout that provides added privacy. The guest bedroom with two twin beds and full bathroom are located at the front of the unit, while the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bathroom is tucked away at the back.

Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with an oversized screened-in balcony accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or relaxing after a fun day at the parks.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, along with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a Keurig coffee maker. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, a 50-inch TV in the living area, smaller TVs in each bedroom, air conditioning, linens and towels, and complimentary parking & Wi-Fi.

Bahama Bay is spread out over 70 acres and offers an impressive array of resort-style amenities, including four heated swimming pools, six hot tubs, a sandy beach, a fishing pier on Old Lake Davenport, and scenic walking trails. Additional amenities include shuffleboard, picnic areas with BBQ grills, tennis/pickleball/basketball, and volleyball courts, a playground, and a splash pad for younger children. Making this the perfect resort for all ages.

Disney theme parks are just 15 minutes away and the condo is conveniently located near the many new restaurants, shops, and attractions along Route 192.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great community with lots of amenities. Our place was very well appointed. The only complaint, if there was one is the unit is right beside the Pickleball courts that woke us up every morning LOL. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend.

Property amenities were great! Not super busy at the shared spaces. The bathroom shower liner needed replaced which we did ourselves, tub drain needs cleaned.

The place was great and very cute. I would stay again. Only tiny issue was that I got in late the day of check-in and the gate was up and no one was there. Then next night there was a large line of CARs and the guard did make me go to office to get a parking pass. Nothing crazy but it would have been good to know i had to do that. Essentially without the pass my car could have been towed.

Thank you so much for your kind review. We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay and would come back! I appreciate you mentioning the gate and parking pass experience. We do include in the check-in information that the clubhouse reception can provide a parking pass if needed, but I can see how that may not have been clear, especially with a late arrival. The guard does step away at times to complete security rounds, which can also add to the confusion. The resort is currently transitioning to a new system where parking passes are issued directly at the guard gate, so the process should become more streamlined soon. In the meantime, I’ll make sure to clarify these instructions further so future guests know exactly what to expect. Thank you again for your feedback. Just book it! Don’t think twice, this owner has done a wonderful job of making their unit extremely comfortable and modern. The whole vibe is relaxing, tropical themed and the appliances, bedding, towels etc were all top notch. The unit is clean, and nicely located near the pools and club house. We would definitely stay again.

We were sent timely information on how to check-in. The condo was accurately pictured.We were very happy to find it in excellant condition and very clean. Had communication during our stay about the the tv and how to check out; each time communication was friendly and quick.Amenities of Bahama Breeze were accurately decribed. The facility was kepted in good working order by the maintenace staff. We used two of the heated pools, pool tables, tried our hand at shuffleboard and used the pickleball courts.We enjoyed our month there and would gladly recommend to others.

Excellent stay - excellent price
