Nueva Oceanfront Contemporary 5 Bedroom Home

Esta es una casa de familia muy especial construida en un lote que hemos poseído desde 1986. Estoy muy feliz de poder compartirlo con un grupo selecto de personas que van a valorar su singularidad y lo tratan como si fuera su casa de la familia. El salón es muy grande pero hay pequeños espacios tranquilos donde uno puede salirse. La enorme sala de juegos arriba es un gran lugar para ver películas. Hay un pequeño "rincón" de la planta baja, donde también tenemos un televisor. Dos porches, una cubierta de techo, patio exterior y patio frontal dan a la gente un montón de lugares para reunir exterior también. Los muebles de mediados de siglo y obras de arte se recogió durante varios años. Diseñado por DeLoach Diseño de Nueva York y Charlottesville, hay detalles sorpresa de todo el mundo en toda la casa.

Great beach vacation

Beautiful beach house, upfitted with top notch furnishings and decor. Very roomy so everyone can have their own space. The beach is wide, clean and was uncrowded. The town of Fernandina Beach is great fun and the south end of the island is wild and beautiful.

Uniquely Comfortable

This house is so memorable with unique decor and great amenities. The owners made sure we had everything we needed to accommodate 10 adults. We had a generous supply of bath linens and beach towels. The kitchen was roomy and nicely equipped. A 3 tier wedding cake was made in this kitchen and received rave reviews. It has great views of the beach and easy access. The roof deck was perfect for watching the sunset. Thanks so much for opening up your lovely home for others to enjoy!

Amazing home with stunning views! Perfection!

We have been coming to the island for many years with our family. It is like coming home for us. As our family has grown so has our need for a larger home. This home far exceeded our expectations! From the beautiful, well equipped kitchen to the endless supply of linens and beach towels. I am not able to put into words how spectacular this home is! Each of us had our own space but were also able to gather as a family to watch movies and have foosball competitions. The large dinning table was wonderful to have conversations and relax after eating a fabulous meal cooked on the Green Egg. There are breathtaking views from every room! A spiral staircase leads to a rooftop oasis perfect for sunsets and sunrises. This home is decorated beautifully! The artwork is stunning as well as the furnishings. Some how Lynne has been able to take a gorgeous home that is decorated impeccably and make it as cozy as if you were in your own home. It was very hard to leave at the weeks end! We definitely plan on returning in the years to come. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful home. We had memorable stay with our family!

Amazing Beachfront Home

My wife and I had the opportunity to recently stay at this incredible beachfront house. The view was amazing from both the first and second floor. The house was perfectly decorated and had plenty of space for multiple family members. The lower and upper porch that ran along the back of the house gave you plenty of space to lay in the sun or enjoy the nice ocean breeze in the shade reading a book. Lynne was a wonderful host and extremely responsive to any of our needs. I would highly recommend this house on your next visit to Fernandina Beach.

This place is great - stay here if you can

We loved this place! It is ideally situated right on the beach, near several great golf courses, and not far from town central and several restaurants and entertainment venues. The house itself is wonderful: tastefully decorated, plenty of open spaces for gathering and playing cards and other games, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, great decks (including one on the roof and two that are covered) for hanging out doors, and lots of fun little touches that clearly show the owners loving care of this home. Lastly, the owner could not have been nicer and more helpful. Definitely stay here if you have the chance!

Amazing house on the beach

Beautiful house and location for a family vacation. House had everything we needed. Room to all be together and plenty of space for quiet time. Can’t beat the views and walk to the beach. Hope to return next year!

Unique, international whimsy in a spacious oceanfront home.

Our family was delighted by the rooms in this house for lounging, playing and spending time together, and yet you can retreat to your private quarters or deck also. Perfect getaway for extended family/friend visits for those who want more than beachy decor and traditional appointments.

Beautiful, welcoming, absolutely wonderful!

This is a well loved home, that has every amenity imaginable. Everything is of high quality and every need is covered. The spaces are great for congregating or being alone. We were never crowded and everyone could do as they pleased without interfering with anyone else. Views to ocean were spectacular, access to the quiet beach was easy, and it was just beautiful! Lynne was outstanding and so welcoming. We plan to be back, in fact we didn't want to leave. Loved it!

WOW - Breathtaking views and Awesome Home

We are in love with this house. When you first enter, your jaw will drop. The entryway is beautiful and decorated with an enormous colorful chandelier and you can see the Ocean from the front door. The house has the perfect combination of WOW factor and comforts of home. The big round dining table can fit 10 people and is great for having conversations with everyone. The beds and linens are very comfortable and clean and there are many choices for types of pillows and blankets. Each room is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well stocked and the big gas range is a pleasure to use. We love the Green Egg for barbecuing. The game room with Apple TV is very big and has tons of seating. It is a great spot to catch up on Netflix episodes, watch movies or in our case see Hockey games. The downstairs TV room is cozy and yet still comfortably seats 6 people. The bathrooms are all beautiful and very functional, with top of the line hair dryers and strong showers. There are lots of high end beach towels & bath towels. The decks, porches and courtyards provide many options for enjoying sun, shade and ocean views. Beach access is just a few steps out the door and since there aren't hotels or condos nearby it rarely gets very crowded. And finally, Lynne is very responsive to any issues or questions. We will be back again next year!

We purchased the lot with a small brick home on it in 1986. The house needed a lot of work and I made the decision to tear down the old house so I could build a home large enough for all four of my adult children to come home at the same time.
