A five minute drive takes you to the resort of Cala D'Or. The Finca is located in open rolling countryside with herb scented hillsides, sunflower fields and far reaching, distant seaviews. There is a small sandy cove Cala Sanau a few minutes drive away.

Finca Bon Aire was build and designed in 2004/2005 with top quality materials and has been finished to a modern and mediterranean style. The generous layout of the entire interior with spacious rooms is ideal to spend relaxed holidays. The Finca is entered through an elegant entree, going into the right wing there is the kitchen area. A large kitchen made of marbel and other fine materials is completly equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The living-room with open fire place has a SAT-TV and small stereo. In the bordering dining area there is a beautiful table with chairs. Situated In the left wing there is 1 double bedrooms with bathroom. The impressive staircase leads you to the upper floor. Two big master double bedrooms + 1 smaller bedroom with 2 single beds share 2 bathrooms. The approx.20 m2 rooftop terrace is the ideal hideaway place for a tranquil bath in the sun. All bedrooms have spacious closets and are tastefully furnished and decortated.
All rooms are equipped with floor heating all bedrooms have ceiling fans.


The Finca is set into a 15.000m2 plot of tranquil land. There is a large covered outdoor dining area with barbeque-grill. This is the ideal get toghether location. From here you may enjoy views over the ondulated countryside as far to the distant sea. A small path leads to the 10x5m pool with its cristal clear water. It is surrounded by sunterraces made of Santanyi natural stone. The estate is set into mediterranean gardens with palm trees and lawn areas. Further away from the house the land still has its original vegetation with almond,-olive- and Algaroba trees.
