Charming Finca with mountain views and short driving distances to the beaches of the North coast. Finca Sa Fera is a precious holiday home for 4 with a private pool and in very quiet surroundings.

Finca Sa Fera is located close to Búger, a quaint little village at approximately 18 kilometres from Alcudia and Pollensa. Set on a hill, this village has very much maintained its original charm and character. Búger is an excellent starting point for excursions to the beaches of the North, mountain tours and thanks to good infrastructure for day trips to the centre of the island or Palma de Mallorca, which is only a 35 minutes drive away. Cyclers will love the excellent network of easy and difficult tours around this part of the island. The fine sandy beaches of Alcudia and Pollensa are ideal for water sports of all kind. In about 15 minutes by car are the golf courses of Alcudia and Pollensa. Búger's main square is lined by a number of typical local bars and coffee shops - the best spot to relax and enjoy an insight into the daily life of this little village. There is also a bakery, pharmacy and smaller shops for the daily shopping.

For the weekly grocery shopping or a fashion and Mallorca specialities shopping tour, nearby Inca would be a good choice. It is the third biggest city of the island and famous for its leather productions, among others. The town is at about 10 kilometres distance and can be reached within 10 minutes bay car.

Finca Sa Fera is a comfortable holiday home for 4 in peaceful surroundings. All rooms are on the same level. The house offers a modern and bright living and dining room with a fireplace, a large flat screen television and a dining table with 6 chairs. This room has access to the covered terrace. The individual kitchen is fully equipped and furnished in a modern country house style. There are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with a double bed, the other one with twins. The bedrooms are sharing one full bathroom with bathtub/shower.

The house is fitted with air-conditioning in the living area and the bedrooms.

The plot size is about 5.700 m² and the house has a living area of about 110 m².

Towards the back of the house there is a covered terrace overlooking the children’s area, which is surrounded by lawns. The terrace has access to the kitchen and the living area. On the other side and up a few steps, there is a raised pool area with sundeck and loungers. Furthermore, there is a separata barbecue area with a table and chairs and parking for two rental cars on the grounds.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.

The owner will not accept groups of young people with members under to 25.
Electricity is not included in the price and will be charged with 15,00 € per day, payable in cash on arrival. This price includes the use of the air-conditioning.

Minimum stay is one week, individual days can be added.

A deposit of €300.00 is payable in cash on arrival, which will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days of departure.
