The Birdhouse of Boone was architecturally designed to sit in the treetops with long range views and sounds of nature. The land connects to a community pond and spring that runs as a beautiful background. The details were thought of with love and care for you to have a magical stay. Hardwood floors, custom tile, designer furniture, two zoned heat and AC. Discover the magic of the mountains in comfort.

- THE SPACE -
This luxurious and spacious tiny house is located in a private, gated community, next to a serene community pond, walking distance from the rental. There is one full bath with a custom shower, One Queen Bed, and an additional queen bed is located upstairs that also conforms back to a couch for those who don't need it. There are 2 parking spots available directly next to the tiny house and additional spots next to the entrance of the neighborhood, walking distance from the unit.

Vacation Rental Insurance - We strongly encourage purchasing vacation rental insurance to protect your plans during winter in Boone, NC. While state roads are quickly plowed and salted, our neighborhood roads can remain icy, and 4-wheel drive is recommended.

- Guest access -
Please leave room for cars to pass to the property further down the drive. There is a parking spot next to the deck and one by the boulders / entrance of the home.

- Other things to note -
The driveway is steep, please stay right and swing wide to turn in. It can be helpful to enter that way without spinning, you can also enter the driveway from the opposite direction (downhill) for easier entrance. 4wd requested for winter months.
