Outdoor security cameras monitor the driveway, home entrances, and the firepit area (for fire safety purposes only).
Our property is located in a quiet residential area. To respect our neighbors and comply with local regulations, all guests are required to follow the community noise curfew from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, avoid outdoor music at all times, and no parties or events are permitted. The property is equipped with Minut noise monitoring devices (no audio recording) to enforce strict quiet hours and prevent excessive noise.
