All rentals require applicable state and county taxes plus additional required fees

Bikes and golf carts are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed to be present or in working order; no refunds will be issued for related issues

A starter supply of amenities is provided:

Kitchen: 2 roll paper towels, dish sponge, normal size dish soap, dishwasher pods per day, trash liners per day.

Bathrooms: 2 roll toilet paper & 1 bar of soap per bathroom

Towels: 2 bath towels & 1 washcloth per guest, 1 hand towel per sink, 1 beach towel/pool towel per guest.



IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with Bonheur Vacations 30A and complete identity verification prior to arrival. This includes:

A photo of a government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license)
A selfie
