Beautiful and sunny townhouse with large porch in Santanyi. This precious little townhouse is in a small side street and in walking distance to the main square of Santanyi. Casa Sa Padrina is a modernized house with a long history. The interiors have been lovingly decorated in a mixture of modern and old elements, which turned out really well. It offers two bedrooms and one bathroom.

This cosy little townhouse Sa Padrina is in walking distance to the town centre of Santanyi on a side street. Shopping facilities, fancy boutiques, restaurants and cafés are all in easy walking distance. Santanyi is one of the most popular villages in the South of Mallorca and has a beautifully preserved old town. The colourful market which is held in the narrow little alleys is attracting people from all over the island on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The closest beach is in Cala Santanyi, it offers a sandy beach, sunbeds and a beachbar and is ideal for snorkeling and swimming. Another highlight of the area is the long Es Trenc beach with its crystal clear water shining in the brightest colours of the Carribean. In the afternoon or the evening the picturesque fishermen's village Cala Figuera is a nice spot to relax or take a stroll along the seaside promenade and enjoy a sundowner or dinner in one of the cosy restaurants. The nearest golf course would be Vall d'Or Golf between S'Horta and Porto Colom, which is about 15 minutes drive.

Casa Sa Padrina is a welcoming and sunny townhouse, which has been lovingly furnished. Traditional elements have been kept to enhance the ambiance. Only the ground floor is rented, the first floor stays empty. From the entrance hall there is a door to the first bedroom with a double bed. The living room with a comfortable couch and flat screen television is just off the hall, the second bedroom with twin beds is right next to it. Towards the porch is the fully equipped kitchen, the nice dining room and the bathroom with tub/shower.

Casa Sa Padrina offers a pretty porch and a canvas shaded terrace with stunning views of the impressive church. This is especially charming and romantic at night, when the facade is lit. The trees provide shade from the sun and are the perfect place to have a nap and relax. Sunbeds are provided, the terrace is furnished with a table for 4 and a mobile BBQ grill.

Das Stadthaus Sa Padrina verfügt über einen hübschen Garten mit einer beschatteten Terrasse, von der man einen traumhaften Blick auf die imposante Kirche von Santanyi hat, was besonders abends, wenn die Kirche beleuchtet ist, für viel Atmosphäre sorgt. Im Schatten der Bäume kann man herrlich liegen und chillen. Sonnenliegen sind vorhanden, auf der Terrasse befindet sich ein Esstisch für 4 Personen und ein mobiler BBQ-Grill.
