Villa Ancora is located on the outskirts of Alcudia, right at the end of the bay of Pollensa in the Barcares area. The beach is right on the doorstep. The harbour of Port Alcúdia, the historic town centre of Alcúdia and Puerto Pollensa can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Alcúdia offers a very beautiful, historic town centre with pedestrian zone, restaurants, cafés and good shopping facilities. The associated harbour Puerto Alcúdia offers a colourful range of leisure activities and varied nightlife, as well as a variety of restaurants from exclusive to family-friendly on the harbour promenade. The almost 7 kilometre long sandy beach in the bay of Alcúdia is fine sandy and slopes gently into the sea. Water rats will find a wide range of water sports on offer here and surfers and kite surfers will find a rewarding spot!

Pollença with its beautiful old town is approx. 10 kilometres away and can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car. This small town has an extensive pedestrianised area with traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays, a popular market takes place in the narrow streets, while during the week you can enjoy watching everyday life in one of the cafés in the central Plaza Mayor.

The lively harbour of Puerto Pollensa is around 9 kilometres away and has a long promenade with wonderful views of the bay of Pollensa and Cap Formentor, shops, boutiques and countless restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The long sandy beach offers a good infrastructure with several beach bars, freshwater showers and sunbed hire. The shallow entrance makes this stretch of coast particularly family-friendly.

Villa Ancora is a two-storey holiday home and can accommodate 12 people. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with adjoining small living room with breakfast nook, sofa and satellite TV. From here you can access the covered terrace on the ground floor, the garden and the pool area. There are 3 bedrooms on the same level, which share 2 full bathrooms.

On the first floor there is a spacious, open-plan living area with fantastic views of the bay of Pollensa and access to the covered terrace. Directly next to it is the second, fully equipped. On this floor there are three further bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms, which share two further bathrooms. All 6 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

What counts with this house is its unique location and size! The interior is kept rather simple and won't live up to sophisticated expectations.

Villa Ancora is located directly on the seafront and has a garden with stunning views, a private pool and several terraces. The pool and its sun terrace are separated from the beach promenade by a small garden with lawn and exotic palm trees and plants. The partially covered, raised terrace provides shade for al fresco dining and the brick-built barbecue is located to one side of the garden.
