Cosy holiday home with private pool for 4 persons. Finca Janina is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and very close to the beach. It is ideal for a family holiday.
Finca Janina is located in the rural countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa in an area with mostly holiday homes. The fine sandy beach is at only approx. 4 kilometres distance. The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.
The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 12 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.
The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.
Finca Janina is a cosy holiday home with a nice garden and pool. All on one floor there are a living/dining room, small kitchen and two twin bedrooms sharing one modern bathroom with shower.
Finca Janina offers a nice garden and pool area with several terraces and a large BBQ corner with brick-built BBQ, work top and sink. The plot is enclosed by hedges, providing a feeling of privacy.
Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.
