📝 Please note:

•Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.

• Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.

• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.

• Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

• There is no usable BBQ grill on property. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. If you may be interested, please let us know and we will provide you more information for setup. Please note the grill on site is non-operable and owner`s personal.

• Resort Amenities Free of Charge: All guests can enjoy the many resort amenities, including access to Windsor Hills Waterpark featuring dueling water slides, an Olympic-size lagoon-style pool and hot tub, toddler pool, fitness center with top-of-the-line equipment, recreational park with tennis, putting green, volleyball, children’s playground, picnic area, game room, high-definition surround sound movie theater with 800+ titles, cyber café, and marketplace & grill.

• Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip, including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

• We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

• Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

• Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

• Pets are NOT allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside.
• Parties and events are prohibited.
• Must be at least 25 years old to book.
• No need to worry if you arrive late, as we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

• Please kindly note there is a maximum of 3 vehicles per reservation, as per resort policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to make any exceptions.

• Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
