The Neighborhood:

Located right in the heart of this gorgeous beach neighborhood along the happening Newport Ave, you can spend your days surfing, sunbathing around the pier, seeing locals hanging out in their vintage VW vans, or simply strolling through the many surf shops, taco stands and unique local boutiques.



Ocean Beach has a throw-back groovy vibe of vintage SoCal. Coupled with friendly locals, great dining, and microbrews, you’ll feel right at home, and everything you need is close by.



You’ll be a few minutes walk from trendy shops, breweries, restaurants, and bars along Newport Avenue and only steps to the beach and the beautiful pier so you can experience everything Ocean Beach has to offer, all a stone's throw away.



Stock up on fresh produce at the Farmers market held every Wednesday or try to catch your own lunch with free fishing right off the pier.



Take a drive to Balboa Park, which is 1,200 acres of pristine emerald-green parklands right in the heart of the city. Here, you can explore 17 museums, then visit the San Diego Zoo, which is always #1 on the best zoos list and definitely worth a visit.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car, and free parking is included with your stay for one vehicle.



Guests can also use a taxi service or a ride-share company like Uber, with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.



Alternatively, when you visit San Diego, you can’t miss the bright red trolleys transporting people all over the city. This iconic trolley is a great way to see the city, with three different lines (blue, green, and orange) covering approximately 50+ miles.



Or if you want to see the city at your own pace, look out for the on-demand electric scooters and bikes that are just an app away and located all around the area.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Please refrain from smoking inside the home or on the property. This includes vapes and e-cigarettes! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

No unauthorized guests or pets are allowed at any time throughout your stay. Quiet hours are from 10 pm - 8 am every night of the week. Please ensure all doors and windows are closed by 10 pm each night, and all guests are brought inside. We have noise monitors in place to confirm we respect our neighbors.



We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
