Located in Sebastopol in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood, this 5BD pool house features multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Whether you’re relaxing by the fireplace, chilling by the pool, hosting dinners at the large dining table for 10, or enjoying game night around the pool table, there’s space for everyone to spread out and feel at home.
Guests have private access to the entire house, including backyard.
Only DISCLOSED number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us prior to their visit.
By booking you agree that, there will be no unannounced guests other than the number of guests you have on your reservation and there will be no visitors during your stay.
Additional guests after 6 would require an extra charge of $50 per head on the nightly rate due to the usage and wear & tear on the home. Penalty for each unannounced guest or pet not disclosed prior to the stay is $100 per head (2x the normal charge).
Please take off your shoes before going on carpeted areas.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR DRUGS ALLOWED AT THIS HOME! This will result in a fine of $500 or more, payable via the Resolution Center.
QUIET HOURS are from 9PM-7AM. Loud noise or parties will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Checkout is at 10AM. Any guest staying past without prior approval may be assessed a late checkout fee of $50/hour.
Turn off all lights, thermostat, and gas & lock all doors when away.
