Está a poca distancia de la Plaza de Parker, que cuenta con Cinemark Teatro con asientos tipo estadio, delicatessen de Jason y mucho más!

Este espacio abierto luminoso y dispone de 3 habitaciones bien equipadas, espaciosas, con un rey muy cómoda y 2 camas tamaño queen. El cuarto de baño recientemente actualizado por el pasillo tiene todo lo necesario y más, incluyendo una pequeña selección de artículos de higiene personal, por si acaso.

La cocina completamente renovado sólo llama para su uso con su hermosa encimera de granito y todo lo que el cocinero experimentado necesitaría, incluyendo un bar abierto el espacio para el comedor, a la espera de sus invitados a Sidle hasta y chatear.

Añadir en la hermosa sala de estar para el entretenimiento de primera o simplemente relajarse para ver una película Blu-ray en la pantalla plana y pronto encontrará usted no quiere dejar! El Roku tiene más de lo que puedes ver en toda una vida si decide relajarse por un poco de tiempo de inactividad.

To visit family

The house was very nice! It had everything we needed! The fenced in yard was great for our pets! The location was perfect- lots of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely come again!

Enjoyed the stay

Location was very convenient to shopping & restaurants. The LR could use some comfy seating; kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. The owner was very responsive to questions, but due to a contract date misunderstanding we had to cut our vacation a bit short.

I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay! If you would please let me know what in particular you're referencing in the living room, I would appreciate it. I've never heard anything about the living room furniture being anything but super comfortable but I will check it out! I'm glad you enjoyed the kitchen so much-we cook a lot ourselves and always try to have everything we would want ourselves. :) I apologize for the misunderstanding about the checkout date, I would have been happy to extend your stay, had it not been for another guest coming in. Cozy and comfortable!

We stayed here for 2 months while we were in transition for a move. This cozy and comfy home was perfect for us. Very nice kitchen! Shannon is a wonderful host!

wedding visit

The home was the perfect setting for our group. The decor made the wedding party pictures great. The home is much larger than the pictures online show. We had a great time and Shannon is a wonderful host.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient

We stayed for four nights while visiting family stationed at Sheppard AFB. The house was in nice neighborhood close to Mid-Western State University and in close proximity to main freeway to easily get around town. Inside, everything was perfect. Tastefully decorated throughout. Kitchen was well-stocked. Everything was perfect. Shannon was very responsive to questions, both before and after we arrived. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Wichita Falls.

Family family reunion stay

Such a Beautiful cottage 💕 Shannon. Was just the sweetest host . We had our small pets and she had dog bowls , treats , etc. and a nice fenced in backyard. The Bungalo was decorated so beautifully the furniture pieces were antiques and The 5ybeds were comfy high quality bedding . I hopefully I can book it for our next year family Reunion. Thanks Shannon

Plenty of room for our 2 labs. Shaded fenced backyard. Easily walkable to MSU campus. Clean, furnished well, well-stocked kitchen with nice appliances & cookware, easy covered parking, & nice neighborhood. Some difficulty with hot water & thermostat but owner quickly addressed it. Enjoyed our stay.

Great house for visiting your Airman

Shannon was great to work with. My husband, daughter, and I were in town to visit our son who was at Sheppard AFB for training. The house allowed us to fix home cooked meals for him and watch college football. He really enjoyed hanging out there. The home is adorable and includes anything you need.

Perfection

Honestly, I've never been more impressed with a VRBO stay than I have with Shannon and her home. "Communication with property manager" deserves far more than 5 stars!! I cannot stress how outstanding communication during the whole process was, and so accommodating. The house is in a fantastic location and the neighborhood is so homey. The layout and amenities are perfect for a family stay/needs. It genuinely felt like a home away from home!!

Wonderful

The property was as pictured. Shannon was absolutely wonderful to deal with. The house was extremely clean and the kitchen had wonderful appliances. There are three bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The neighborhood is very nice! We stayed to visit our son at the Air Force. Only 10 minutes from base!! Thank you so much!

I'm a very friendly, outgoing person-and I typically am a font of information when it comes to local eateries and entertainment. I LOVE to travel, and one of my favorite things about rentals is that it can bring the travel to you, in a sense. I get to meet new people with so many different stories, and it's really incredible.

I've traveled all over, and even lived in Italy for a while. France, Portugal, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland-I've got some stories. For now, I'm trying to travel a little closer to home, though I've made it to quite a few corners of the domestic U S of A, don't worry. So I've got a few stories myself, but I'm most interested in yours. :)

A few things I couldn't live without are houseslippers, a book, chapstick...that's probably it. For me, travel is all about the local people, and Homeaway gets me in touch with locals from the start. Local dives, local hangouts, that's what I'm looking for when I go somewhere new, and if I could go on a really long walk when I get there, all the better. I like to get a little lost and find my way back-you stumble across some of the best things when you get lost, sometimes.

As a host, it really depends on you and what you're looking for, sometimes you just need a place to stay, and I get that. But if you'd like to swap stories, I'm all for that. I like to try to locate something local going on around here and pass that along to you, just in case.

I'm born and raised in Wichita Falls and really love this town. I bought this house mainly because of it's layout and location. I've done so much renovation since I bought it, and it shows in the open, inviting floor-plan. Midwestern State University is one street over, and a quick stroll can take you deeper into country club or over to Parker Square shopping center, with Cinemark movie theater, Jason's Deli, the Shoe Closet, and so much more.

Wichita Falls is a great town with little traffic, making it easy to get where you're going quickly, but this location makes it even easier, as it's right in the middle of everything you may need.

This home has been beautifully renovated and furnished. There are granite countertops in the fully updated kitchen with everything you could need to put together the meal of your choice. There's a ventless fireplace in the redone living room waiting to be turned on into a roaring fire.
