The space
A spacious 32 m² studio with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will get exactly what you see in the photos: a neat, bright, and functional space.

- Appliances: air conditioning, TV, washing machine, iron, microwave

- Bed linen and towels are provided

Please note that smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Guest access
You will have the entire apartment to yourself, including the private balcony. The building has an elevator and a secure entrance.

On-site Services (Available at an Extra Fee):

• Gym & Sauna: 50 GEL per day or 250 GEL monthly pass
• Underground Parking: 10 GEL per day or 250 GEL monthly pass
• Restaurant on the ground floor:
- Breakfast: 45 GEL per person (8:00-11:00)
- Dinner: 65 GEL per person
