Step into the open concept layout flooded with natural light through a large picture window. The main floor has a welcoming living area where you can relax and watch your favorite sports game on the 58" TV with streaming app options.

Aside from a wide selection of beautiful neighborhoods and dining or cafes to choose from, our large chef-inspired kitchen showcasing a central island and a breakfast area. The dining area is a great place to socialize and enjoy a delicious meal together.

All bedrooms are equipped of luxury beddings and provides with the relaxation you need.

There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a queen-sized bed, a dedicate workspace and have a shared full bathroom. On the 3rd floor, a loft suite has 2 queen-sized beds with an ensuite bathroom.

Have a cup of coffee and sit outside on the balcony and terrace while admiring the panoramic views of the surroundings in night and day views! You can also enjoy the BBQ grill in the backyard with your family and friends.

I have full sets of sheets and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone - so you don't have to worry about that!

An washer and dryer located in the basement, high-speed WiFi, 2 free driveway parking space, and 1 spot in the garage are all provided for the guests to use!

Conveniently located, schools, parks, TTC access, as well as the vibrant shops and restaurants along Yonge St.

Other things to note
*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small dogs only, weighing up to less than 20 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!

* Kindly note that the basement is not included as part of the rental. Guests may access it for laundry purposes only.

*Failure to comply with the garbage instructions will result in a $150 CAD fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
