There is a King size bed in the bedroom, 1 full size sofa bed, and 1 air mattress that sleeps two.
There is also a indoor and designated parking spot.
The neighborhood is urban and very safe. A lot of the neighbors travel and work in NYC so transportation to and from NYC is very reliable and efficient.
Parking is free and included. The parking garage is below the building.
The bus stop is 2 blocks away on 61st street and Bergenline (south side). You can take any bus that reads NYC. The most frequent ones are bus 156, 159.
-Same guests who booked the apartments must be the ones to stay overnight.
-Absolutely no smoking inside the Apartment.
