We're low key, but also available when you need us. During your stay we assume guests are having a great time when we don’t hear from them - giving you the space to settle in and relax! If you need us, just message us!

There are SO many places to eat and shop within a few minutes drive. Ocotillo Heights is located in the quiet neighborhood of Foothills Clusters, and is in a cul-de-sac; the roads are pretty quiet, so it’s a great place to go for a stroll or a jog. We've got a Recommendations List in the house with all of our fave restaurants and places to shop to help you plan your vacation.

The garage is available for guest use with sedans or mid-size SUVs. Larger vehicles may not fit in it but can be parked in the driveway. The HOA does not allow RVs.

Guests have full access to the house except the following areas:
- Owner's closet that is at the back of the primary bedroom's closet
- Outdoor storage closet

Pool Details
✓ No pool fence: no guests under age 10 allowed for safety
✓ Pool is heated at no additional fee from September - April, however, the electric heat pump cannot work when air temperatures are under 40 degrees. Thus, the pool heat may not be available in January - February, or on other particularly cold days. The pool will generally be a comfortable temp without supplemental heat from the mid May to late August.

Since Tucson is very spread out, and Lyft or Uber can get expensive, we suggest bringing your own car or getting a rental.

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with the following rules:
• Dogs cannot use the swimming pool for sanitary reasons
• Must be crated if left alone in the house (1 large crate provided)
• Not allowed outside unattended (wildlife is nearby)
• Pick up after your pup right away
• Furniture must be covered if dogs join you (old sheets provided)
• No excessive barking—this is a quiet neighborhood
• No other types of animals permitted

Other important things to know:
• No parties, large gatherings, or events—ever
• Quiet hours outdoors: 10pm–8am
• Sleeps 5 max (includes adults + kids, $100 per person fee for more than 5)
• No couch sleeping or additional guests
• Driveway & garage allows up to 4 cars and no RVs
• Mid-stay cleaning included for 14+ day bookings
