Welcome to Bainbridge, a charming 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath upper duplex located in a three-story townhouse in the heart of Bed-Stuy.
The Space:
The first level features an open-concept living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen filled with natural light and high ceilings. Enjoy access to a private deck and fenced-in backyard, along with an additional powder room and a spacious coat closet.
Upstairs, you’ll find two generously sized bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The primary bedroom offers a cozy queen-size bed, built-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a remote-controlled skylight. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, closet, and a comfortable sofa for lounging, with an adjacent full bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower combination.
Between the bedrooms is a dedicated home office with a skylight, large desk, ergonomic chair, and a 32" monitor—ideal for working from home.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, including the deck off the kitchen and the fenced-in backyard. Please note that the front yard and the fenced-off area beneath the kitchen deck are reserved for the downstairs apartment.
