LIVING ROOM: Large sectional leather couch, with a recliner, and a Large Smart TV with streaming capabilities when you sign into your personal streaming account(s). Hulu, Netflix, Prime, HBO Max and YouTube.
KITCHEN: Fully stocked with a large kitchen island. A 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig for single use. A toaster, blender, knife block, pot & pans, bakeware and mixing bowls, for cooking up a nice homemade meal.
LARGE UPSTAIRS LANAI: Just off of the living room is a full length lanai. On the lanai is a a dining table with 6 dining chairs and comfy chaise lounges. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, outside dining, and or cocktails, overlooking the water.
LARGE POOLSIDE PATIO: Enjoy being together in the outdoors, poolside and relaxing on the patio chairs, while overlooking the tropical lush backyard, pool and gulf water.
DINING ROOM: The dining table seats 8. And, the Kitchen Island seats 5, keeping the chef company while they make a good family meal.
MASTER BEDROOM: King bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity sinks, a large walk in shower, and a walk in closet. This bedroom has a sliding glass door with direct access to the large lanai. We provide soaps, hair dryer and linens. Just bring your favorite toiletries and sunscreen

OUTDOOR BBQ Kitchen
BEACH GEAR: We provide a beach wagon, 6 beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and cooler for your days at the beach
DOCK: The dock is perfect for launching a kayak or paddle board, on site fishing, or watching marine life. (No access to the boat lift). Rent a kayak or paddle board by the hour, day or week from Paddle Marco Island. They will deliver right to the house. They also do guided tours.
PARKING: Two vehicles maximum. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks. Boat trailers are absolutely NOT allowed to remain on the property, as per city regulations (subject to city fines, which would be the renters financial responsibility)

DOWNSTAIRS is only the garage and basement/storage only, no living quarters
DOWNTOWN: Only 1 mile to Sami's, Joey's, Doreens & La Mesa Taqueria restaurants. Choose to walk, or drive
CLOSE BEACH ACCESS POINTS:
(a) Just 1 mile to the Public Beach Access Point (no parking) at Maple Ave. & Collier Blvd. Easily, walk, ride a bike, or get dropped off at this nearby public beach access point.
(b) Just 2.1 miles to the "Turtle Parking Lot" for Mid-Island Beach access, at Winterberry & Collier Blvd. Pay at the Pay Station, or use the ParkMobile App.
(c) Just 2.3 miles to Marco Island South Beach Public access. This has a Parking Lot, with an on-site pay station for $8-$10 per car. This lot is located at Swallow Ave. & Collier Blvd. If you park here, then don't miss having lunch or enjoying a sunset dinner at the Sunset Grille! This casual restaurant is beachfront and open to the public.
LOCAL GYM FACILITIES:
(a) The YMCA is 1.5 miles away. This YMCA has 9 pickle ball courts, a Youth & Teen center, tennis center, outdoor swimming pool and a wellness center. The YMCA offers daily, monthly & annual passes.
(b) Additionally, there is an XCEL FITNESS just 2 miles away. Xcel Fitness has hybrid steam rooms, strength & cardio training, Hydro massages, showers & locker rooms and a Smoothie Bar. Xcel Fitness offers daily, weekly and monthly passes.
STAIR ACCESS ONLY into and out of the house. All renters must be able to walk up and down the stairs (as seen in the photos)
We provide a roll of TP in each bathroom, a roll of Paper towels, and soaps
NO PETS (animals), no smoking and no large group gatherings (parties) allowed
RENTER MUST PROVIDE A GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, must be at least 28 years old and sign a rental agreement

RESIDENTIAL RULES:
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.
Marco Island does have a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Be aware of this. Should the police go out to the property you are renting, and a noise violation is issued, it will become your responsibility to pay it, should a fine be assessed. Fines start at 250.00, and moves to 500.00, for a second visit.
Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners.
WE STRONGLY URGE ALL RENTERS TO PURCHASE "TRAVELERS INSURANCE" in order to protect your vacation and your funds. All companies require you to purchase this within 24 hours of booking your vacation. If you choose not to purchase Traveler’s Insurance, the risk of any travel interruptions, illness, surgeries, death in the family or any other various life’s curveballs will be your own responsibility.
