Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located townhome. Modernly built, brand new home w/rooftop patio view of Mt. Rainier and the Cascades.
20 min drive from SeaTac Airport, less than 15 min drive to Lumen Field, T-Mobile stadium, Pike Place Market, and Downtown!
Walkable neighborhood, close to park/playfield, bike trail and lots of outdoor activities!
Walking distance from restaurants, coffee shop, bars, Amazon Fresh, and more!
The space
Layout:
1st Floor:
- Kitchen - Gas stove w/ oven and an air fryer, Refrigerator, Ice, Drip Coffee maker. Fully furnished with cookware and utensils, and bakeware.
- Modern and sleek kitchen island.
- Living room with a large window, with blinds for privacy. One chaise style sofa with storage for blankets and opens into a sleeper, one accent chair, and a 55" Smart TV to cozy up.
- Free Wifi throughout the apartment.
2nd floor:
- Bedroom #1 - Full size bunk bed with blankets and pillows.
- Work desk
- Walk in closet
- Bathroom #1 - Full bath with a tub and shower.
- Stackable washer and dryer with laundry supply.
3rd floor:
- Bedroom #2 - Full size bed and a chase sofa to relax on.
- Bathroom #2 - Separate but private Full bathroom with a walk-in Rain shower and double vanity.
4th floor:
- Roof top with views of Mt Rainier and the Cascades.
- Cookout grill and a cozy seating area to enjoy sunsets.
Guest access
- Self serve Smart Lock to access the main door with guest code.
Other things to note
-While there are plenty of great neighborhood bars and eateries close by, there are:
*No Parties
*No Smoking of any kind (including the rooftop)
-Parking off-street in the neighborhood behind the home in a safe, residential area.
- Very walkable neighborhood, connected to all major attractions: downtown, Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, and game stadiums via short drive, Uber ride, or city bus system!
- Good sized convenience store is across the street from the townhome, where you can buy essentials.
- A few blocks from Amazon Go, Walgreens, restaurants, bars, coffee shop, and a bakery!
- Judkin's Park and Playfield, soccer field, and skatepark within blocks!
