Here, the stress melts away. The quiet ambiance of the water trickling with the sounds of nature all around, you'll break away from the hustle & bustle-centering right back to the calm. Enjoy the sunrises & sets with a palette of colors cascading the sky. Kayak through the private canal. Grill a nice dinner, & soak up all that Mother Nature has to offer of our little slice of heaven here, from the oversized a-framed porch.

Upon entry you're greeted to an open floorplan with ample room for gathering in the main kitchen/dining/living area.

Bedroom 1:
This primary suite is downstairs with a king bed, SmartTV, two bed side tables, a floor fan and includes an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower, his and her sinks, and a separate tub. The primary closet here is quite large with lots of storage space. A pack n play is stored in here.

Bedroom 2:
This secondary bedroom has a queen sized bed, SmartTV, two bed side tables, and a desk for a dedicated work station. It has a large closet that has a queen air mattress and the XBOX for gaming needs. There is an attached bathroom with shower and tub combo which also opens to the hallway for use by all.

Bedroom 3:
This extra-large room is the only space located upstairs, has a large SmartTV, and serves as a secondary primary suite. Its large enough to house one king bed, two bed side tables and a bed bench at the center of the oversized A-Frame windows which overlooks the water. To the left is a nook that perfectly fits a queen bed with two side tables. On the right it is a quiet nook that would be perfect for a small air mattress or reading area for guests should they choose. The ensuite bathroom is impressive. Offering a "wet room" which features one large walk in shower and a free-standing tub" on the right, it's perfect for young families who have multiple children to shower at once.
There are two sinks and a makeup vanity station in this bathroom as well.

Kayaks, a pedal boat, firepit, and large yard games are available for use!
