Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, free Wi-Fi, limited parking (6 cars only), coffee maker, washer, and dryer.

The neighborhood is a quiet and well-established community with a mix of single-family homes, townhouses, and condos. There are also a number of parks and schools in the area.

Here are some additional tips around the are:

-Grocery stores: There are several grocery stores near you, including The Fresh Market, ALDI, Winn-Dixie, Publix Super Market at Plantation Promenade, and Walmart Neighborhood Market.
-Gas stations: There are also several gas stations near you, including Shell, Mobil, and Chevron.
-Restaurants: There are many restaurants near you, including Quarterdeck Restaurants, El Balcón de las Américas - Sawgrass, Bonefish Grill, La Bamba Mexican and Spanish Restaurant Plantation, and Koume Japan.

Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $1,500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that have more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can`t be paid via Credit card.

2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.

Mandatory house rules:

1. No guests allowed in the home other than those included in the reservation

2. Vehicle count cannot exceed 7 cars, no vehicles are to be parked on the swale, street, or grass.

3. No excess noise throughout the day and no noise during the quiet hours of 10 pm to 8 am

4. A fee of $250 will be charged for smoking in the house as well as a charge for any damaged furniture.

5. Fireworks are not allowed.

6. Please do not change the settings on the pool equipment, if you need assistance, let us know so we can assist. If you change the settings a $500 fine will be charged.

PET OWNERS: A pet fee of $150 will be charged if you don`t clean up after your pet. This applies in open areas (patio/backyards) and inside of homes. You are responsible for delivering the property in the same condition as received.
