Welcome to Pier Happiness, a beautiful beachfront condo located directly on the sugar-white sands of the Gulf! Situated on the 8th floor of the highly sought after Summerwind Resort, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo offers a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views.

Condo has NEW OWNERS and has been beautifully updated with new furniture, fresh paint, ceiling fans in every room and so much more. Owners visit several times per year to keep things in tip top condition.

One of the highlights of your stay is the private balcony with stunning views of the Navarre Beach Pier and emerald waters. Start your day with coffee and watching the sunrise, enjoy dinner on the fun surfboard table, and even spot dolphins playing in the water.

• Check in: 4:00pm | Check Out: 10:00am
• Starter kit of soap and paper products provided to get you through your first 24 hours
• Wristbands included and MUST be worn at all times while using resort amenities
• Parking pass included and MUST be displayed in drivers side front window of car


Other things to note:
Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM. While we’re always happy to let guests in early when possible, early check-ins are not guaranteed. When you are about 30 minutes away, please text us so we can check the status of your unit. Do not enter the property until a Blue Moon team member has officially checked you in. For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to enter while cleaners are still present.
