This vacation rental was completed in 2020—it’s right on the lakefront, with a terrace and lake views. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the terrace. Also available for larger groups or families upon request, as there is an identical vacation rental right next door (in the same building)!
The furnishings are modern, high-quality, and cozy.
Important note: the beach and lake access are only 500 meters from the property. However, Großräschener Lake has not yet been officially approved as a swimming lake. According to city officials, this was supposed to be possible in "summer 2020"—but as of May 2021, this is still not the case. BUT: within a 10–30-minute drive, there are several open, free-access swimming beaches on other lakes! So nothing should stand in the way of a summer vacation after all!
