~The Space

*This spacious cabin comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Can sleep up to 10 guests with 2 queen size air mattresses if need. This cabin features:

*2 Bedrooms (including a large master suite with Jacuzzi tub)

* King bed with memory foam mattress in Master, 65 inch TV, and an extra fan & heater

*Queen bed with memory foam mattress in guest bedroom, 55 inch TV, and an extra fan & heater

*2 Full Bathrooms ( 1 full bath in Master bedroom and 1 full bath downstairs)

*Open-concept living area with a gas fireplace, 55 inch TV, and a queen size futon (bedding provided). 2 Queen size air mattresses available if needed.

* Large Roku TVs in each room including the game room with spectrum cable (app) & internet. You can also sign into your own streaming accounts.

* Handicap accessible ramp

*Pack-in-play for children

*Fully stocked kitchen for cooking at the cabin along with a highchair and children’s utensils

- For guest safety and property security, there is one exterior security camera located on the front porch facing the front door. This camera monitors the front exterior only. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the cabin or in “private” outdoor areas.

→ Linens: Bed sheets, bath towels, and washcloths

→ Bathroom Supplies: Each bathroom comes with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, 2 hair dryers and 1 hair straightener

→ Kitchen Staples: Paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, trash bags, utensils and a selection of spices

→ Coffee Bar Essentials: Keurig Coffee machine (K-cup & pot), sugar, creamer, k-cups, and 3 different coffee syrups provided. We do not provide ground coffee

→ Laundry Supplies: Detergent, iron, and iron board provided

~A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE~

→ No Pets Allowed: For the comfort of all our guests, pets are not permitted. If a pet is brought into the property, we will charge an additional fee.

→ Hot Tub Rules: Guests must be 18+ or supervised by an adult to use the hot tub. Please avoid alcohol near the hot tub and use at your own risk.

→ Smoking: No smoking for illegal substances. If smoking is detected, then there will be a 250$ fine.

→ Wildlife: Our cabin is tucked away in the woods, offering a peaceful mountain escape surrounded by nature. Because of the natural setting, you may hear or see some local wildlife.
The cabin has a roof with no attic, so sounds like rain or the occasional squirrel on the roof may be more noticeable. It's all part of the cozy, close-to-nature experience!

→ We also perform monthly pest control, but due to the forest setting, insects may occasionally find their way inside, especially during certain seasons. This is a normal part of being in the mountains, and we appreciate your understanding as we balance comfort with the natural environment.

→ While bear sightings are rare, they are a possibility in this area. If you do happen to see one, whether in the park or near the cabin, please enjoy it from a safe distance and do not feed it. For your safety and theirs, it's best to admire wildlife without interaction.

→ Early and Late Checkouts: We do our best to accommodate requests but are dependent on our cleaning team's schedule. Unapproved late checkouts will result in a 50$ per hour.

→ No Open Flames or Candles: For the safety all guests and our property, open flames of any kind-including candles-are strictly prohibited.

→ No parties: Registered guest only. To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, parties and large gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum after this time.

→ What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM.

→ Do you provide a grill? Yes, we provide a park grill for your outdoor cooking needs.

→ Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay?
Absolutely! The hot tub is thoroughly cleaned, drained, and refilled after each guest.

→ Do I need 4-wheel drive to access the cabin?
Only under snow or ice conditions. Otherwise, the roads leading to the cabin are easy. The driveway is steep

→ How soon will I get access instructions? Arrival details, including the address are shared 3 days prior to check-in. You'll receive your keyless entry code at the time of check in. This allows our team the proper amount of time to make your stay comfortable!

→ Do you provide firewood? No, but there is a fire pit.

→ Can I cancel if the weather is bad?
Cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, and other things that are beyond our control will not be refunded. Highly recommend obtaining travel insurance during the winter months.
