✨Outdoor Space/ Setting:

Enjoy the covered hot tub, firepit, forest views, and fresh air for a true mountain escape! The property backs up to the forest and has a couple neighboring vacation cabins nearby. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway for several vehicles.

Guests will have access to the entire cabin and yard.

The driveway can accommodate several vehicles.

Check-in instructions, address, & Wi-Fi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent 3 days prior to your arrival.

Check out instructions will be sent to you the night before departure.

We will not be available in person. Please message us through the booking app.

Periodic power and internet outages do occur in this area. Power is usually restored within a few hours. We do not provide refunds for outages that are outside of our control. The cabin is on a well so during outages there may be a shortage of water.

Cell phone service is spotty although Verizon seems to work well. Please enable Wi-Fi calling to achieve the best calling option.

We recommend purchasing supplies prior to your arrival, as the nearest grocery store in Ashford has only the basic supplies, beer and wine. There are a few restaurants, an art gallery, and a gas station in town.

We do not provide firewood. Firewood can be purchased in Ashford at the General Store or the firewood vending machine outside of Jacob’s Barber. There are also places along the highway that sell wood bundles. PLEASE NOTE: it is the guest’s responsibility to abide by burn bans when in effect.

🐶 Pet Rules: 🐶

🔹A maximum of 1 dog is allowed.
🔹Dogs must weigh under 50 pounds and be fully housebroken.
🔹Sorry, no cats or other animals are allowed in the home.
🔹Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding.
🔹Guest must provide crate and/or kennel.
🔹Dog must be secured in a crate/kennel if left alone at any point.
🔹Guest must pick up & dispose of dog waste in securely tied bags.
🔹Dogs must be on leash when outside.
🔹Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their dog.
🔹There is a pet fee. Please include your pet in your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged.

🔸 No events, parties or large gatherings.
🔸 No smoking or vaping of any kind in the cabin.
🔸 Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM.
🔸 Must be at least 21 years old to book.

✔ Rinse dishes and leave in the dishwasher.
✔ Place used towels in bathroom tub/shower.
✔ Gather trash and put in outside trash cans.
✔ Leave all bedding on beds.
✔ Lock windows and doors.
✔ Turn off all lights
✔ Leave heat at 68 degrees.
✔ Keep AC on during summer months.
