On a small plateau with lush meadows, surrounded by the tranquil mountain forests of the 805-meter-high Daxberg, in the heart of the Bavarian Forest Nature Park, far from the roar of modern-day traffic—this is where it comes true: “The dream of country living.” An old farmstead, a modern home, a place of hospitality and tradition, surrounded by unspoiled nature—no noise, no cars, a sheltered location, and plenty of sunshine, friendliness, and leisure time. Come and experience “Life in the Countryside.” You can also enjoy our farm-fresh products and the atmosphere of our farm store. In our dining room, you can savor traditional Bavarian dishes (please note our hours of operation—closed Mondays and Thursdays, except on holidays). To relax, take advantage of our farm oasis (Klafs—sauna and hot tub) or our Kneipp facility in the garden. A full range of play and recreational equipment is available for our younger guests. Our animals are also used to having visitors, summer and winter alike. They love every pat and every kind gesture. Feel free to contact us to arrange guided pony rides! Would you like to explore the area? If the distance seems too far, why not rent one of our two e-bikes (for an additional fee) to explore our beautiful surroundings? We also have a trailer available that can accommodate the children. We’d be happy to provide you with a charcoal grill, subject to availability. The “Fürstenzimmer” vacation rental is 48 square meters and accommodates up to five people. What makes this apartment special is its terrace. The living area features a beautiful four-poster bed that invites you to dream and relax. There’s also a separate bedroom with a bunk bed. The living area includes a sleeper sofa, seating, and a satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, pots, bowls, pans, electric stove with oven, refrigerator). The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property. “Unwind and relax” is our motto!
