The bright, spacious apartment (approx. 50 square meters) is located in a beautiful building with the typical Berlin charm of an older building. It features a spacious living area with a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable sleeper sofa, and a comfortable bed.
The fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) features a cozy dining area. The bathroom is bright and airy and has a comfortable shower.

Public transportation access is excellent. The Senefelderplatz and Eberswalderstraße stations are just a few minutes’ walk away. Right around the corner, there’s a parking garage where you can park for €12 per day.

For vacationers, there’s an additional culture and tourism tax of 7.5%, which isn’t included in the total price. Payment is due during online check-in.
