The spacious living room features a comfortable sleeper sofa, an armchair, and a coffee table. A sideboard holds a stereo system and a satellite TV. The centerpiece of the room is a tiled stove with a bench running around it. In winter, it creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The living room opens onto a balcony furnished with patio furniture and a parasol. The spacious kitchen features a 4-burner stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cookware. The modern dining area with a bench invites you to linger while cooking together. There is another entrance to the balcony from the kitchen. The bedroom is located on the upper floor and is easily accessible via a wide wooden staircase. The built-in closets offer plenty of space to store your vacation wardrobe. Bed linens are provided. An extra bed is available upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a toilet, and a bathtub, which also includes a shower. A window ensures pleasant ventilation. Hand towels and bath towels are provided. A covered carport for this apartment is located directly in front of the house. In winter, when there is snow, we recommend bringing snow chains for your car, as the driveway is on a steep road. The apartment features a safe and free Wi-Fi. A deposit of 30% must be paid by bank transfer no later than 14 days after receiving the lease agreement. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period. Check-in is possible no earlier than 3:00 p.m. Please check out by 10:00 a.m. Pets (only one dog) are allowed for a fee: 5 EUR per pet/night (dogs under 10 kg), 10 EUR per pet/night (dogs over 10 kg). This is a non-smoking residence. The visitor’s tax is 3.60 EUR per person per day and will be charged separately.
