Centrally located one-bedroom corner apartment in Saint Julian’s with great views and excellent natural light. Finished to a high standard, the apartment accommodates up to 2 people. The bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to form a double, allowing twin or double setup. Bed linen, pillows, and towels are provided. The bedroom also features triple-glazed windows and blackout blinds.
The kitchen/living area is fully equipped with electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, utensils, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and A/C/heating. A/C/heating is also available in the bedroom. The bathroom includes a walk-in rain shower with heated water and good pressure. A washing machine with built-in tumble dryer is available in the apartment.
The apartment is located above a small iconic pub over 100 years old, a well-known local landmark. Exceptional soundproofing has been installed; however, as the apartment is in the heart of St. Julian’s, the area can be busy at times and the apartment may not always be completely noiseless.
The flat is extremely central, just steps from the swimming zone, pool lido, bus stop, supermarket, cafés, bars, restaurants, gym, and more. A paid car park is within a 5-minute walk.
