Spanning approximately 60 square meters, it features a spacious living/dining area, a shower bathroom, a main bedroom with a double bed, and an interior bedroom with bunk beds, making it ideal for 2-4 guests. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi is available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and small appliances such as a coffee machine and toaster. A charming sunlit ambience is created by large windows overlooking the terrace and garden. The bathroom boasts a large shower and a towel heater. A private utility room is accessible from the hallway, housing a washer-dryer. The apartment also provides convenient parking for both cars and bicycles.
