Sleeping Arrangements
Our home comfortably accommodates families and groups with 2 cozy bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Queen Bed – perfect for couples
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds – can accommodate up to 4 children if most guests are kids; for adults, this room is suitable for 2 guests only (1 adult per bed)
For larger groups, we also have large sofas in the living room that can accommodate 2 extra guests. These are not sofa beds, but offer an additional sleeping option if needed. Extra linens are available in the closet in case you decide to use the sofas as extra sleeping spaces.

Enjoy stunning cityscape views and the Dubai Mall show from the comfort of your private balcony and living room.
Living & Entertainment:
Relax in the stylish living area featuring a 65" TV. Perfect for movie nights, binge-watching your favorite series, or gaming tournaments with friends and family.

The modern kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances including a large fridge/freezer, oven, gas hob, Nespresso Inissia coffee machine, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware and utensils. Enjoy meals at the dining table seating up to 6 people. A washing machine, steamer, and drying rack are also provided.
Bathrooms:
You’ll find 2 full bathrooms (with showers and/or bathtubs) and 1 guest bathroom, all stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries.
Additional Amenities:
High-speed Wi-Fi throughout (approx. 600 Mbps download and 300 Mbps upload), black-out curtains, central air conditioning, and a safe. All linens and towels are provided.

Identification Requirement:
As per Dubai law, copies of the passports of all guests (including children) must be provided before arrival. If not received in advance, the building’s concierge will collect them at check-in, potentially causing delays.
Additional Services:
Special rates for long-term bookings.
Extra cleaning or linen change available upon request for an additional fee.
Crib upon request.
House Rules and Penalties:
Check-In: 3:00 PM - midnight
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out: 350 AED/hour.
No Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside. A 3000 AED penalty will be charged if evidence of smoking is found to cover odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
Access Cards: Please handle access cards with care. A 500 AED fee will be charged for each lost card.
Occupancy Limit: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests total. Any violations or breach of house rules may result in penalties.
