Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa: 2BR

We own a one week floating timeshare condo, that we hardly use and would love to share. It is a fabulous and fun resort, with all the amenities. Great central location, close to all amusement parks, 24 hour Walmart, shopping outlets, etc. This 2 bedroom unit can host up to 8 people with a king master bedroom with jetted tub, walk in shower, private bathroom and the second room has two single beds. There is a queen sleeper sofa. Fast wifi, parking and so much more.

Westgate allows only check ins to be on Fridays, Saturday or Sundays. If wanting to check in during the week, a split-fee will apply.

Westgate charges an additional $250US for seasonal upgrade during peak season (Christmas, New Years, Spring Break, etc). Dates include Feb 10-19th, March 31st-April 9th, June 30-July 2nd, 2023.

Westgate charges for internet use in the condo (currently at $40 per week).

Some activities (ie: mini-putt/golf, paddle boat, water park) have additional fees and package rates).

Pet Friendly resort. At check-in, there is a $300 deposit in which $150 will get reimbursed. Pet must be under 60 pounds and a non- aggressive breed.

Cancellation or changes:
Within 60 days or more: no fee
Within 59-31 days: $100 fee
Less than 30 days: $200 fee.
