Great location

Apartment was in a great neighborhood, close to restaurants, shops, and transit. We enjoyed all the kitchen amenities and the washer and dryer.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment was lovely. Really clean, excellent facilities, super comfy beds and in a great location. Communication with the hosts was superb - very responsive and very helpful. We had a brilliant stay and would thoroughly recommend this place

Ideal location for short stay

Easy to find from main station. Close to public transit. Amazing selection of food restaurants nearby including a supermarket. Property was as advertised, 2 bedrooms and a shower separate to bathroom, allowing 2 to get ready at once! App for lock and unlock doors so no keys to lose. Would highly recommend.

Great location

It was a great holiday in Berlin. The place is nice and has all the necessities. I experienced a little problem with the Nuki app but I wrote to the landlord and got the help I needed within minutes. A great place if you're out all day and just need a place to sleep and shower

Location, location, location

I definitely recommend the apartment. Urs and the Hope team were great hosts. The apartment's location was within walking distance of shopping, and historical sites. The amenities in this apartment, especially the washer and dryer made the stay feel like home.

Stay at Berlin apartment

The apartment was easy to find and close to major transit lines. Check in was easy using the Nuki app on my phone. We liked the apartment had a lot of space. I especially liked the coffee maker with pods included! The beds were comfortable and I liked the shades that block the light. The location is great and we tried many of the local restaurants. Great location

The apartment is located close to transportation and near the Kulturbrauerei. The bedrooms are a decent size with large beds. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a separate small shower and bathroom which is actually a plus for a group. There is no living room to speak of but that wasn’t a problem for us since we spent our free time in the kitchen (where there also is a large tv). Internet was good and reliable.

Please read, and avoid

Unfortunately my review has to be shortened so I will get to the points: - little light, no airing, mildewy smell and lots of mildew stain in the shower room - street level, single glazing, on two nights we felt like the drunkards in the street were in our bedroom - cheap (salvaged ?) furniture, not an issue but the large stains on the sofa are - no welcome but we found a big pile of damp sheets on a drying rack as we arrived, to add to the mildewy smell - serious safety issue in the shower room, with a poorly fitted outlet right next to the shower - got accused of "staging" my complaints when I explained to the owners the condition we found the flat in I have serious difficulty in believing any one would give 5 stars to this place. I have numerous photos which will eventually be accessible on tweeter with a search for "Our stay in Berlin near the Kultur Brauerei"

Great neighborhood

The location of the apartment was very nice! Lots of restaurants and parks. Transportation is very easy from there. About 45 min from the airport. Apartment was in a secure building with no stairs. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need. The only really downside was that there isn’t a living room area space. There are 2 bedrooms that face the street with heavy roll down shutters on the outside of the windows so we get no daylight in the apartment as they are the only windows. The kitch has a table with 4 chairs and a TV and that is your living space which isn’t that comfy when you’ve been out walking all day. We were never able to find the remote to the tv, management said they reached out to the cleaning company but we never heard back. While the floors bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen were clean, there were a lot of cobwebs hanging from the entry door and in the lighting fixtures over the beds. The walls were dirty/rub marks everywhere, so either needs a good scrubbing or new paint. The bathroom had a lot of gnats, and the vanity under the bathroom sink is just painted plywood. For the price I expected a bit more.

Gute Lage, ansonsten mäßig

Wohnung in einem ehemaligen Ladenlokal im Erdgeschoss an der Straße. Große Küche, gut ausgestattet aber ohne Fenster. Es fehlte aber Besen mit Kehrblech bzw. Staubsauger. Beide Schlafzimmer zur Straße mit Einfachverglasung. Daher sehr laut. Das elektronische Schloss war einen Tag zu kurz programmiert. Kommunikation mit dem Service ging nur auf Englisch. Problem trat zum Glück am Samstag Vormittag auf und konnte so noch behoben werden.

Appartement bien situé et bien équipé

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce. Il est bien équipé et à côté des transports. Seuls points négatifs, étant situé sur la rue, il y a eu un peu de bruit certains matins. Et la douche mériterait quelques équipements pour accrocher les affaires. Mais pour quelques jours c'est nickel.

Geile Wohnung, top Lage In der Wohnung gibt es nicht viel "natürliches" Licht von aussen. Aber wer sitz schon tagsüber in seiner FeWo Parkplatz in der Strasse vor dem Haus kostet 2€/h Billiger ist das Parkhaus in der Kulturbrauerei. Das hat 24h durchgehend auf ist nur ca. 300m entfernt

Quand une prestation ne correspond pas à l'annonce.

Grosse déception lorsque nous sommes entrés dans l'appartement : la cuisine qui sert aussi de salon n'a pas de fenêtre et est mal éclairée. La salle de bain est considérablement défraîchie. Dans l'une des chambres il est impossible d'utiliser le placard déjà occupé par du linge (propre ou sale ?) Dans cette même chambre l'un d'entre nous s'est blessé sur un tuyau saillant dans un passage étroit entre le lit et le mur. Dans l'autre chambre là penderie est tellement haute qu'il faudrait s'aider d'un escabeau pour pouvoir s'en servir. En un mot, je ne conseille à personne cette expérience.

Hat von Anfang alles gut geklappt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat jederzeit bestens funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist ideal für die Erkundung von Berlin. Nahe von ÖV, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und warm in der Übergangszeit. Die Altbauwohnung hat leider nur Einfachverglasung gegen die Strasse. Der Strassenlärm ist gut hörbar. Mit Ohropax ist dies gut auszuhalten. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Super Lage, tolle Gegend, mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht

Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief hervorragend, per Mail hat man immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung erhalten ( Türcodes wurden sogar noch verspätet nachgeliefert, vielen Dank nochmal ), die Lage mitten im Prenzlauer Berg mit all den Restaurants und Frühstücksspots die fußläufig in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen sind absolut top, besser geht es nicht. Die Haltestelle Eberswalder Straße (U2) ist ebenfalls 5 Min Fußweg entfernt und fährt zu den bekanntesten Berliner Orten. Tolles Haus (Altbau), mit sehr schönem typischen Berliner Treppenhaus inklusive Stuck. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, zwei Schlafzimmer eine Wohnküche ohne Fenster eine kleine Dusche und eine separate Toilette. Gewünscht hätten wir uns definitiv mehr Sauberkeit, ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt wirklich toll.
