Lovely 4-bedroom house in vibrant Austin neighborhood

NOT asked not to use AC, but instead we asked them not to adjust the thermostat as we have had issues with guests changing it and causing the unit to freeze over in the past. We provided fans and requested Leland and his group to contact us if more were needed or if any issues arose, which they did not. Additionally, there were cleanliness issues and much additional cleaning that was necessary after Lelands stay which we were also not notified about before our cleaning crew arrived. Some communication would have been great. Other than that, they were great guests.

We apologize that you had that experience. As we tell all of our guests, please let us know the moment you have any issues or concerns. If we had been informed immediately of this issue, our maid service would have shown up to remedy the situation, but as it stands, we can't fix something that we aren't made aware of. Additionally, there have been no complaints from any other guests regarding this issue and neither myself nor our maid service has noticed any urine or other smells. In the future, we would greatly appreciate being informed of any issues right away so that we can ensure the best possible stay.
