Our apartment, newly built in May 2019, accommodates 1–2 people. The apartment is a small, cozy home with a kitchen, bedroom, built-in dining area, and shower/toilet—it’s both homey and practical. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring 2 hot plates, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and plenty of cooking utensils, leaves nothing to be desired. The vacation apartment features a modern bedroom with a desk, TV, free Wi-Fi, and a comfortable dining area with a table. The spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the experience. Located right on the Danube Cycle Path, you’ll find peace and quiet away from the main road in a rural area with plenty of open space. It’s 2 km outside of Persenbeug. It’s worth noting our central location, from which you can enjoy all kinds of activities. - Please pay the total amount in cash upon arrival. The room rate does not include the final cleaning fee of EUR 25.00. - Check-in from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - Check-out by 10:00 a.m. - Key pickup: in person on-site or via a key box - Pets are not allowed - A tourist tax of 2.60 EUR per person will be charged separately on-site (2.70 EUR per person starting at 01.01.2027: ) - For an additional fee, you can also rent the apartment with breakfast included. - Washing machine use: 5.00 EUR per load
