Welcome to our stylish, furnished 1-bedroom loft in downtown Fort Worth, just a block from Sundance Square and three blocks from the Convention Center. Located in the secure, historic Kress Building, the loft features 20-ft ceilings, large windows, and industrial-western décor. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, smart TVs, quality bedding, and high-speed internet. Perfect for business travelers or couples, within walking distance to top restaurants, bars, and entertainment.
I am available for questions whenever you need me and are more than happy to provide downtown recommendations or any other recommendations around the broader city. Don’t hesitate to ask. Please make yourself at home.

❤️ You are in the heart of Downtown Fort Worth. It's an incredible location, but there may be some noise at night, especially on weekends. Most guests haven’t had an issue, but if you’re a very light sleeper, we want you to be aware before booking.
