Holiday apartments with a garden and their own balcony, in a central and very quiet location near the beach
This house with its two holiday apartments for five and seven people respectively is in the centre of the small, but modern holiday resort of Pjescana Uvala. It is very quiet and has two main beaches with sand and pebbles.
Each apartment has its own parking space. In the garden behind the house there is a grill area with a brick-built barbecue for the use of all guests, as well as a seating area with a table and benches. Each apartment also has its own balcony.
Pets are allowed on request. However, because of the cats in the garden they can be only be kept in the apartment or on the balcony. The apartments have free Internet access.
Pjescana Uvala is famous for its yacht harbour and its excellent restaurants. Just 40 metres from the house you can find the first restaurant, and it is just 250 metres to the marina. In the minimarket 150 metres away you can buy everyday essentials. Owing to the central location, the sea and the beach are also nearby, just 100 metres away along a path. You can play beach volleyball on the beach. There is play equipment for children and of course you can hire canoes, boats or bicycles. A beautiful cycle path runs through the forest by the sea. It is 2.5km to the famous Roman amphitheatre. The bus stop is just 40 metres from the house.
This 95m² apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate eight people. All three bedrooms have a double bed (of which one bed 180 x 200cm, two beds 160 x 200cm). In two bedrooms there is also a futon bed (90 x 200cm). The two small bathrooms each have a shower and toilet and both have been renovated recently (04/2018) . In the spacious living room-kitchen there are a seating area with a sofa and TV and a dining table for seven people. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove (two gas and two electric rings), oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and coffee machine. The air conditioning for the whole apartment is in the living room-kitchen.
