Amanda, thank you for your review. I appreciate the feedback about comfy beds and plenty of clean towels. I apologize that you felt it difficult to settle in. In our previous conversations about the rental, I did mention that this is my home, that I live there when not traveling and there would be some personal items left out. It is never my intention to make anyone feel uncomfortable. I am happy to make adjustments to clear some of these items. The tv is a very large 70" screen and is stable. As for the patio furniture, it was not set up because it is winter in Nebraska. While you were fortunate to have amazing weather during your stay, that is usually not the case with our winters. However, it would have been fine for you to unstack the chairs to sit on the comfy deck and soak up some unusually warm and sunny February weather. The hot tub, which is below the deck, would have been perfect to use as well.
